55+ Active, Adult Communities:

Retirement communities are becoming more and more popular, particularly those developed in fast growing states like the Carolinas, Arizona, Florida, and parts of California. Indeed, a national Association of Realtors survey showed that 50% of sonic boomers surveyed said that they would consider moving to such a community.

Are you such a sonic boomer? As a pet owner we're betting that you'd love to see "Pet Friendly" amenities listed along with the clubhouse, golf course, walking trails, education center, etc.

So far PETisphere's research hasn't discovered many 55+ adult communities that are truly "pet friendly" but we're confident that building developers and market types will be hearing your voice soon! The voice of the SONIC BOOMER!
