About Us:

The Hired Hands: Mark and Dave Cirillo.

Mark Cirillo is PETisphere's webmaster and co-founder. Mark enjoys time with his family, playing with Onyx, our cat, and riding his bike.

Dave Cirillo is a management and market research consultant and created much of the content and information for PETisphere. Dave also enjoys family time, jogging, and his Sonic-Boomer status. Dave is co-founder of PETisphere.

How We Got Started:

We created PETisphere in 2007 after becoming frustrated with what seemed like endless searching on the pet internet. We were considering taking Onyx on a trip to Italy. We had to know about pet friendly airlines, lodging, country restrictions, etc. Of course he had to be up to 'snuff on his shots and pet meds and his wardrobe definitely needed an upgrade, after all, the Italians are known for their chic fashions.

But we discovered a major shortcoming to pet shopping on-line: it was very difficult to find everything we needed in one, easy to use location. The sites, like the pet industry, are highly specialized and fragmented, making for a time-consuming experience: we wandered from site to site.

Our solution to this: PETisphere!

Our goals are simple: giving you the pet information you need, when you need it. If it's important to make informed, accurate, and timely decisions about what's best for you and your pet, you need PETisphere!

We believe that an informed pet owner is an enlightened one, and that, benefits both pets and the world we live in. We've designed PETisphere to be fun as well.
